Stackex may generate carrier labels for seller-to-buyer, seller-to-validation, and validation-to-buyer shipments. Users must use the provided label unless Stackex approves another method.

Packaging Requirements

Sellers must package items securely, use accurate shipment details, and follow carrier rules. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the shipped item matches the listing and transaction.

Insurance

Orders may include insurance or declared-value coverage. Coverage limits, exclusions, evidence requirements, and claim outcomes depend on the carrier, insurer, and transaction facts.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Users must promptly report lost, delayed, damaged, or tampered shipments. Stackex may require photos, packaging, tracking history, police reports, affidavits, or carrier claim forms.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Stackex is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
