This policy sets baseline expectations for sellers on Stackex.

Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate account information, complete required payment onboarding, and comply with applicable laws, sanctions rules, tax requirements, and Stackex account reviews.

Listings

Listings must be accurate, lawful, and complete. Sellers must describe metal type, quantity, weight, condition, certification, photos, pricing, and any material limitations truthfully.

Fulfillment

Sellers must ship promptly after payment confirmation, use approved labels and packaging, and preserve evidence of shipment and item condition.

Fees and Payouts

Stackex may deduct a seller commission from seller proceeds before payout. Buyer-paid fees, shipping, validation, insurance, and other marketplace charges are not seller proceeds unless Stackex expressly states otherwise. Seller payouts may be held until delivery, validation, buyer protection, and dispute review requirements are satisfied.

Prohibited Conduct

Sellers may not list counterfeit items, misrepresent items, manipulate reviews, evade fees, solicit off-platform transactions, or interfere with Stackex validation and dispute processes.

Account Actions

Stackex may delay payouts, remove listings, require additional documentation, suspend selling privileges, or close accounts where needed to protect users and the marketplace.
