This policy identifies items and conduct that are not allowed on Stackex.

Prohibited Items

• Counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained items.
• Items that violate sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering rules, or other applicable laws.
• Items with false, misleading, or unverifiable metal content, weight, hallmark, grade, origin, or certification claims.
• Items that a carrier, payment processor, insurer, or regulator prohibits Stackex from supporting.

Prohibited Conduct

• Off-platform payment or shipment arrangements intended to avoid Stackex protections or fees.
• Review manipulation, bid or price manipulation, fraud, harassment, or abuse of dispute processes.
• Providing false identity, payment, shipping, tax, or compliance information.

Enforcement

Stackex may remove listings, hold payments, require documentation, report activity, suspend accounts, or take other action when prohibited items or conduct are suspected.
